Offerings & Rates

  • Individual Therapy

Therapy, change, and healing occur on spectrums, and there is no “one size fits all” approach in mental health care. This adaptability is what makes the therapeutic relationship unique—it’s a partnership that can evolve based on your current support needs.

    Individual Therapy Rates:

    - 50-Minute Session: $120

    - 80-Minute Session: $150 (typically for intake and EMDR sessions)

  • Attachment Focused EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a well-researched and effective treatment for recovering from trauma and distressing life experiences. It is particularly beneficial for those dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR is widely recognized as one of the best therapies for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and has received endorsements from numerous organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association, American Psychological Association, International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, World Health Organization, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

  • Psychedelic Integration

Psychedelic Integration is a specialized service that differs from psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. It is designed to support individuals who have used psychedelics outside of a clinical setting and need help processing and integrating their experiences. In our practice, we offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can work with a mental health clinician trained to facilitate the integration of your psychedelic journeys.

  • Transpersonal Therapy

Transpersonal psychology emphasizes mystical growth, inner peace, and profound self-discovery, guiding individuals toward significant life changes and new perspectives.

Importantly, transpersonal therapy is not linked to any specific religious or spiritual tradition and does not require adherence to particular beliefs or values. Instead, it provides a broad, inclusive approach that honors the diversity of spiritual and philosophical perspectives found in various cultures and traditions. This makes transpersonal therapy a valuable option for those seeking a holistic path to personal growth and mental well-being.

  • Internal Family Systems (Informed)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as composed of various "parts," each with its own perspectives, feelings, and roles. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, IFS emphasizes that everyone has a core "Self" that is calm, curious, and compassionate. The goal of IFS therapy is to help individuals heal by understanding and harmonizing these internal parts, especially those in conflict or carrying burdens. This process allows the Self to lead in a balanced and healthy way, promoting overall mental well-being and personal growth.

  • Sliding Scale

Remarkable Wellness strives to make healing services accessible and offers sling scale/ discounted therapy services to those who qualify through Open Path Collective.

LCSW Supervision

Selecting the right LCSW supervisor is crucial for your professional growth. As a LCSW supervisor, I prioritize building a trusting relationship with supervisees, tailored to their learning styles and career aspirations. Within this supportive environment, we refine skills, challenge biases, and foster growth over a two-year period, ensuring supervisees feel confident and equipped for independent practice.

  • Supervision is a sacred partnership between a supervisor and a supervisee, centered on nurturing competence, integrity, and ethical alignment. The supervisor's role is to illuminate the path, helping the supervisee integrate social work theory, essential knowledge, skills, and ethical principles into their practice. An effective supervisor is a teacher, observer, consultant, mentor, coach, evaluator, and inspirer, creating an atmosphere that fosters self-motivation, enlightenment, and professional growth.

    • Making sure the client is safe

    • Encouraging the supervisee to follow legal, ethical, and professional standards

    • Teaching therapeutic skills

    • Giving regular feedback and evaluations

    • Offering LMSWs insight into their work experiences and clinical interventions

    • Encouraging open dialogue between the supervisor and supervisee.

  • This is a question I am frequently asked. The board has concluded that you are eligible for LCSW supervision if you assess, diagnose, and treat mental health or drug misuse concerns using DSM-V criteria for at least four hours per week. Don't be overly worried about a formal diagnosis. In many situations, clients or patients are often diagnosed by physicians, psychiatrists, or independently licensed mental health specialists. These criteria is met if you use a diagnostic skill set and/or screening tools when working with clients or patients.

Many supervisees work in various settings that meet clinical standards for the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.  Some include social workers in outpatient programs, the VA, CPS, behavioral health hospitals, medical hospitals, hospices, home health, schools, dialysis clinics, military bases, non-profits, insurance companies, EAP programs, private practices, and prisons or youth detention centers.  You will certainly fulfill LCSW supervision criteria if you have individual therapy clients and use clinical skills.

  • When an LMSW is in clinical supervision, the norm is to meet with their supervisor for 4 hours per month. In my program, most sessions are online using Zoom. You can live anywhere in Texas and participate in online clinical supervision for your LCSW, and most people participate in a two-hour group session twice per month. You must meet with your supervisor for 100 hours in 24 months. During this time, you must be employed and work at least 30 hours per week to be eligible to complete the supervision process in about 24 months. Three-thousand total work hours are also required before you can apply to sit for the licensing exam.

  • Group: $150/2 hours or $300 a month

    Individual $80/1 hour
